one for the internet is dead |
Adam Itkoff just launched a digital magazine called The Internet is Dead, and featured within it a poem I wrote called Spoliation of the Subconscious.
Adam actually sent me an email back in September (2011) asking if my translation of Dada Magazine was open for submissions, which opened a dialog between us. It turns out we have similar views of the fascist publishing industry, and of the masturbatory annularity of the modern literary scene, and in October he sent me an email expressing an interest in starting the magazine.
I’ll not refute the hypocrisy involved, after beginning our initial interaction with a criticism of such inequity and literary partisanship, but I’m glad that I could contribute to his magazine, and I look forward to watching it grow.
